Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. - 8 pool passes and 2 electronic access cards are provided. Please return them at checkout. HOA replacement fees are $200 per lost access card and $50 per lost pool pass. - Private grills are not permitted on the patio, but community charcoal grills are available near the pool. - We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee and other basics. * Weekly and monthly discounts are available, including longer winter stays.
