This pool is located just a short drive away within the resort. 🔹 Barefoot features four legendary, award-winning championship golf courses surrounding the resort: Dye, Fazio, Love, and Norman. 🔹 Free seasonal hourly beach shuttle running directly to the oceanfront from May through September. 🔹 Three complete bedrooms and a full-sized pullout couch sleeping a maximum of 8 allowed guests. 🔹 Strictly pet-free and smoke-free unit to ensure maximum cleanliness. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS 🔹 Primary Bedroom: Upgraded King bed with premium mattress and its own private, full en-suite bathroom. 🔹 Second Bedroom: Comfortable Queen bed. 🔹 Third Bedroom: Two Twin beds (perfect for individual group members, teenagers, or kids). 🔹 Living Room Area: Beautiful sleeper sectional featuring a Full-size pullout mattress. 🔹 Note on Occupancy: While the villa safely accommodates 8 guests, please note that the sofa bed is a standard Full-size mattress. THE KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA 🔹 The kitchen is fully equipped to cook amazing home-cooked meals, featuring a brand-new custom tile backsplash. 🔹 Brand New 65" Smart TV: Enjoy movie nights and big games on our newly upgraded 65-inch 4K Smart TV in the living room. 🔹 Premium Duo Coffee Machine: Capable of brewing a full 12-cup pot for the whole group or single-serve pods for early tee times (starter pods provided!). 🔹 Laundry: An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience. 🔹 High-speed Wi-Fi, seamless smart lock entry, and smart TVs throughout the home capable of streaming your favorite shows from your personal accounts.

🔹 Rules and Occupancy: This is a strictly pet-free, drug-free, and smoke-free unit (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping). Occupancy is limited to 8 guests maximum, and events, parties, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. 🔹 Booking Requirements: The minimum age requirement for booking is 23 years or older. The primary guest signing the rental agreement must meet this age requirement and must reside at the property for the entire duration of the stay. ID verification may be requested at check-in. 🔹 Pool Passes and Cards: You will find 8 physical pool passes and 2 electronic access keys in the entry bowl. Guests over the age of 5 must carry these at the pool. Please return all tags to the bowl upon checkout. The HOA enforces a strict mandatory replacement fee of $200 per lost access card and $50 per lost pool pass. 🔹 Restricted Vehicles: Free open parking is available outside the building. However, The Havens HOA rules strictly prohibit motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, RVs, or commercial boats on the property for short-term guests. 🔹 Grilling: For fire safety, individual grills are completely prohibited on our private patio. However, guests are welcome to use the community charcoal grills located right next to the pool area!
